ISO9001 / ISO14001 registered, which means that the Aut-X range of brake pads deliver assured, consistent quality.

Extensive testing takes place, including :- Density tests for measurement of life, and noise performance, shear strength tests (ISO6312) to ensure adequate adhesion of friction to plate), dynamometer tests & schedules (AK Master, Krauss and Chase industry standards) to ensure consistent friction level in hot and cold conditions, friction wear, disc wear, noise performance and fade performance, and compressibility tests for measurement of pedal travel.

Aut-X Brake Pads are either ECE Regulation 90 or KBA (TUV) approved. ECE R90 requires that all replacement pads fitted to vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes (gross vehicle weight) registered after 1 September 1999 ("V" registration) must have been tested and approved by independent authorities. This approval number is printed where required on both the Aut-X product and its packaging. In addition the packaging contains an anti tamper seal as required also by the legislation.

All Aut-X brake pads come with a 15,000 mile / 12 month guarantee.

The Aut-X 2005-2006 Brake pad catalogue contains nearly 1,000 references covering all European and Japanese applications, emphasising the range & availability which are huge strengths of the programme. The catalogue also contains cross-referencing, a full buyers guide and pad illustrations.

This superb range of High Quality Glow Plugs feature '2nd generation Cobalt Dual Element technology' which can mean up to four times the life of other brands. All Aut-X Glow Plugs are individually energised and monitored by optical pyrometer, and all manufacturing is carried out to 'QS9000' standards.
